Rhythm first
Drums are for children with rhythm to spare, and for adults who never stopped tapping. Lessons build a steady pulse, hand and foot coordination and the confidence to keep time while others play.
What lessons cover
- Posture, grip and stick control. Relaxed habits that protect the hands.
- Rhythm reading and counting. Understanding what the music asks for.
- Coordination. Bringing hands and feet together on basic patterns.
- Songs. Playing along to music the student loves, which is what keeps practice going.
Practising at home
Many families have limited space or want to keep noise down, so ask the teacher what a practical set-up looks like for your home before you buy a kit. Short, regular practice helps more than one long session.
Where to study
Drum lessons are available at our studios and online. We confirm which teachers and slots are open when you book on WhatsApp.
